Mid Century Tobacconist Sign

Circa 1940's/50's "And Tobacconist" advertising sign.

A naively made rectangular advertising sign painted on wood, mounted with raised red lettering. This is likely to have come from a UK Confectionary shop around 40's/50's.

This would look great in a bar or restaurant setting or would equally fit in a home kitchen, bar or man cave/games room!

The sign could be easily altered to say only "Tobacconist" however, we think the "And" in its original state adds to its charm.

As a vintage piece, this is in good condition. As expected it has some wear due to its age and the likely hood of it being exposed to the weathers for its original use. The paint has peeled from certain areas as show in the photos which adds to its look.
