This early example has been completely taken apart, cleaned thoroughly and rewired back to its former glory.
Launched in 1935, the timeless and highly adaptable design is recognised across the world. The Original 1227 Desk Lamp is the perfect combination of style and functionality bringing a touch of British industrialism to any interior.
The lamp has been rewired with bronze 2 core twisted cable and fitted with a UK made brass B22 bayonet bulb holder.
The lamp is in very good condition. It has some paint loss to the shade, base cover and arms as seen in photos, these are commensurate with age and do not detract from its beauty or functionality. No dents.
