SHIPPING
For larger items we provide free local delivery within a 15-mile radius of our workshop in South East London.
You’re welcome to collect in person from our workshop — please get in touch beforehand to arrange an appointment.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. Smaller UK orders that can be safely boxed are sent via a tracked courier service.
For larger or more fragile pieces, delivery will be arranged via a trusted courier service. Please allow additional time for these shipments, as routes are often planned around multiple deliveries. Specific time slots (AM/PM) or Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an additional charge.
We ask that all orders are carefully inspected upon arrival, or within three days of receipt. Any issues, including damage in transit, must be reported to us immediately. Delay in reporting may affect your right to a return or refund.
Please note:

We are required to share your telephone number with the courier to arrange collection and delivery.

You will be notified once your order has been shipped, and the courier will contact you to confirm delivery between 9:00am and 6:00pm. It’s important that someone is available to receive the delivery, as missed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges.

Please inform us of any restricted access or delivery limitations at the time of order. Failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.
PACKING
All items are professionally packed with care and attention to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit, we will open a claim with the courier and work with you to arrange a refund or repair (UK orders only).
RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order (UK customers only). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned using a reputable courier and arrive in the same condition they were sent.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of the item’s return.
We are unable to accept international returns, except in cases where an item has been damaged in transit or is found to be faulty. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or repair instead of a full refund.
