Condition Report

The original wooden hanging rods have been replaced at some point in the past. The canvas and poster show wear consistent with age and use — including creases, stains and some frayed edges — all clearly shown in the photographs. As an authentic educational piece, these marks are entirely typical and, in our view, add to the character and historical appeal of the poster.

All of our items are genuine original pieces and as such will show signs of age and use. We believe these signs of wear — from patina to minor imperfections — are part of each item's story and character. While we restore, clean and check every piece to ensure it’s ready for many more years of use, we don't over-restore or attempt to erase its history.
