Kofod Larsen for G-Plan Side Table, 1960s

A really nice side table designed by Ib Kofod Larsen for G-Plan in the 1960s as part of their Danish range. Featuring a floating rectangular top over tapered legs with an integrated slatted magazine shelf below, combining function with clean Scandinavian lines. Crafted from teak, giving the piece a lovely warm tone throughout. A refined bit of Anglo-Danish mid-century design that’s easy to place in most interiors.

Condition Report

In excellent vintage condition. Carefully revived in our workshop to bring the finish back to life. There are some light scratches throughout, including one or two surface scratches to the top, though these do not detract from the piece in our opinion. The magazine rack is in excellent condition, and the maker’s mark is present to the underside.

All of our items are genuine original pieces and as such will show signs of age and use. We believe these signs of wear — from patina to minor imperfections — are part of each item's story and character. While we restore, clean and check every piece to ensure it’s ready for many more years of use, we don't over-restore or attempt to erase its history. If you’d like more details about a specific item’s condition, feel free to get in touch — we’re always happy to help.
