Original Wills Cigarettes Advertising Enamel Sign, Circa 1920s

A large double-sided enamelled sign, with bold red and black lettering on each side. Excellent overall condition, with a few marks, rusting and some tarnishing commensurate with its age.

This sign represents a bygone era when tobacco advertising was widespread, making it a remarkable artifact of advertising and tobacciana history.

This would have originally been a flange sign and would have likely adorned the front of a tobacconist shop, however, this has broken over time but displays fantastically as a stand alone piece, but could easily be altered to hang on a wall.
